At Flow & Tide, we love connection. Connection to self, Connection to womb, Connection to each other. In 2025 we started hosting free women's circles in the local area to bring like minded women together. We embraced each other, held space for one another, shared our wisdoms and our learnings. Not only were new friendships created but it also built a community.

Introducing Seasonal Women's Circles
Like the changing seasons of the Earth, our inner seasons transform as well. I am excited to introduce Seasonal Women's Circles, a space where we can explore and honor our unique cycles together. Understanding our inner seasons is vital for every woman, and I believe it’s essential that we connect with one another during this journey. Join us as we celebrate the Spring Equinox on September 19, 2026, and look forward to our Summer Solstice Circle in December 2026.
