At Flow & Tide, we love connection. Connection to self, Connection to womb, Connection to each other. In 2025 we started hosting free women's circles in the local area to bring like minded women together. We embraced each other, held space for one another, shared our wisdoms and our learnings. Not only were new friendships created but it also built a community.
